DELIVERY METHODS AND CHARGES

Quality Automotive Machinists 2021 Ltd package all goods sent to you in an appropriate manner for shipping with regard to the products purchased. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless advised otherwise.


All deliveries within New Zealand are delivered by NZ Post direct to your door. If no one is home, a card may be left requesting that you contact the courier office to arrange a suitable delivery time. You can enter special delivery instructions when entering your address details.  You may wish to provide a business address to ensure that there is someone available to collect your parcel.

Please note that items ordered together may not always be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock, we will communicate any temporarily out of stocks with you.

Please select your shipping method carefully at checkout as the incorrect selection of your shipping type will result in delays of your order being dispatched.

Your order will be dispatched once full payment has been received.

Any specified delivery dates are estimates only and we shall not be liable for failure to deliver on the estimated date.

Delivery Times

Delivery should take between 2-4 working days and a day or two longer for rural deliveries.

If we are unable to supply the goods ordered or there will be an extra delay, we will advise you and offer you the option for a refund. To ensure the fastest delivery, we strongly recommend using a business address as your shipping address. Please ensure that the company name, department, floor/level and the name of the recipient are clearly entered in the delivery address.

International Orders

If we allow shipping to countries outside of New Zealand for any of our products, the cost for international shipping is automatically added on at the checkout and varies according to the country shipped to. The shipping cost may be adjusted further when your order is processed, according to weight and any difference refunded or charged, as appropriate.

Quality Automotive Machinists 2021 Ltd does not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg, strikes and natural disasters) or delays which result from Quality Automotive Machinists 2021 Ltd not receiving deliveries from third parties on time or as a consequence of an incorrectly filled in delivery address.

RETURNS

While the Quality Automotive Machinists 2021 Ltd team hope that you’re always delighted with your purchase from us, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. Please note that while we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind, we will provide you with a gift voucher to enable you to purchase something that you will love.

We will of course fulfil our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act if the item/s you purchased is faulty. If you do wish to return an item you are entitled to exchange, receive a credit or a refund (where an item is faulty) excluding any delivery costs.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Please return your product within 14 days of purchase. Include your full details and original invoice being sure to include whether you would like a refund OR exchange. Place it in your parcel along with the goods to be returned or exchanged.

Please make sure you give us a daytime telephone number or your email address so we can contact you.

Once we have received the returned products we will notify you by phone or email of your exchange or refund entitlement. Goods are returned to Quality Automotive Machinists 2021 Ltd at your own expense unless the item is faulty. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and are returned to us by registered mail with a tracking number.

Please note that Quality Automotive Machinists 2021 Ltd is not responsible for the damage or loss of items being returned.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange any goods within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to exchange an item please contact us as soon as possible to reserve another item. Enter your full details, including your original invoice, with your order of the goods you would like to receive.  If you have decided to exchange for an item with a different dollar value we will credit or debit your card to match the difference.

If the same style is being exchanged for a different size or colour, once we receive your return, we will send out your new item/items free of charge.

CREDITS

If you wish to receive a credit for your purchase, we will issue you are credit note and when you make your next purchase you will be able to deduct the value of the credit from the total value owing. Please note credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card and will exclude any delivery costs unless the item is faulty. Please be aware it may take several days for the refund to show in your account.

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item as a gift and you would like to return it you are entitled to an exchange or a credit note. You may exchange the item in our retail store by presenting your exchange card or you will be issued a credit note in the form of a gift certificate.

FAULTY GOODS/INCORRECT ITEMS

The team at Quality Automotive Machinists 2021 Ltd takes great care checking all orders to ensure the goods you receive meet our quality standards and that we are sending you exactly what you asked for. However, if you do receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us to arrange a replacement with free delivery.

Faulty or damaged items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Claims for any damage or loss in transit must be made as against the shipping carrier.

Please be aware that general wear and tear of products does not constitute a refund. Quality Automotive Machinists 2021 Ltd will, where possible, replace or repair any goods deemed to be faulty, if purchased within the last 6 months. If we are unable to do this, a credit note or refund will be provided.

SALE ITEMS

We do not accept exchange or refund requests for special product mark downs, samples, sale item or items that are no longer stocked unless the goods are unknowingly defective.
